What are the "2 more gpus"?
What matters the most in this case is not how much the cables can feed, but how much power can the rail feed.
On the spec sheet of that PSU, it can put all 1300 watts on the 12 volt rail, meaning you are fine.
Having Y split cables is fine, just don't Y split a Y split cable using extensions. but since the PSU only has 8 Pci-e connectors, you might have to get a few custom cables added to power all the gpus.
Now, if 1300watts is enough for 5 gpus.
rx 6800 - 275x2 = 550 watts
rtx 3080 - 330 watts
say, 900 watts or so.
The wattages I'm listing are peaks, not averages.
you have 400 watts left on the PSU, if the 2 other gpus do not exceed that, you should be golden.
(Also if you do not have a cpu and mobo...
