Will my fan brake if its at 100% the whole time im gaming?

That depends on the quality of the bearings the fan is fitted with and how dusty the working environment is, the fans on my 8800's are about five and a half years old now and have always been run a 100% but they are Zalman's and the standard ones might not have lasted this long.

Yes mine are Zalmans too i got them aftermarket Its says on the box "Dual Bearings for long life" also in Race Driver Grid At all max settings 1440X900 i get 57c is that good or bad? btw on gts 250

I have the Zalman VF900

My 8800GT's sit between 50c and 57c under load and idle is between 37c and 43c.

Idle I get 28 - 35c

You just said 57° in the post above you mean idle.
