Will my fans be enough?

I am currently using a build with an i5 3570k and an Asus GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP. I am currently using 4 fans. 3 CoolerMaster Sickleflow's 120mm (which is no where near 19dB's btw) 2 on top for exhaust, 1 intake. And the blue led fan that came with my Chaser A31, which is about 1250RPM (back exhaust). I am planning to replace them all with 3 Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition fans (2 in front, intake, and one in back, exhaust) and 2 Corsair AF140 Quiet Edition fans on the top for exhaust.

Here are the ones I am buying:
AF120 120mm Quiet Edition

AF140 140mm Quiet Edition

I am confident that I will have enough airflow, but I want to be sure. My computer is very loud as it is, and the primary reason to replace the fans is to quiet it down.

So will the fans that I am buying be enough to keep it cooler or as cool as it is now?

Solution
The fans you are buying have a restrictor included so you run them at a lower speed, but you might be better off buying a fan controller so you have more control over the noise levels if they are bothering you.
Nobody can really answer your question as it relies on too many external factors but five fans is certainly at the limit of what makes sense for most people, it's likely to be plenty in terms of cooling.
One other point is that Corsair themselves say this about the AF series-
They work equally well as unrestricted intake fans for areas like side panels or bottom intakes.

For high restriction areas like hard drive cages or in other tight spaces where there’s less air volume, check out our Air Series SP models of high static...

Worth consideration at least.
