Will my four year old computer be compatible with a GTX 1070?

Looking to upgrade my GTS 450 to a GTX 1070 when it comes out.

CPU: Intel Core i7 - 2600k 3.40 GHz
Motherboard: Intel P67 MicroATX LGA 1155
RAM: Samsung (4x)2GB DDR3 RAM PC3-10600
PSU: Don't know the specifics, but I know its a 525W.

Also if you guys have any upgrade advice for anything else that'll be great. Thanks in advance!

Yes it will. But check your PSU for a sticker or something that states the brand name, because if It's a really bad one, you might fry your components.

After surfing through, I think I have a 525W Dell M821J PSU. Currently gaming on a Alienware Aurora R3.
