Will my FX 8300 will bottlenck GTX 980? If yes, what about FX 8320? Does that one is ok?

Any AMD CPU is going to some what bottleneck that graphics card.
An OC of 4.5ghz+ will help but even then it will still slightly bottleneck.

yes you will have a SIGNIFICANT bottleneck on single-threaded programs and a ok bottleneck if a program can actually use all the cores. you need a i5 at the least to avoid the bottlelneck
