Will my gaming computer run some of the latest games?

This is my build, I am on a low budget however I would like to play some of the latest games like Star Wars battlefront ect. on it.
If I can't play Star Wars battlefront or other games like Rainbow Six Seige or Fallout 4 ect then please can you help make me a cheap budget build, £350 budget, that can play theses games? Obviously I know I can't do max settings and get 60+fps but I don't mind if possible 40+fps while playing theses games.
