I'm trying to upgrade my pc since my computer can't handle BF4 really well even at low settings. I changed my ram from 4gb to 8gb. The question now is it possible to install a new graphics card for example, "GIGABYTE GV-N660OC-2GD GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card" to a my motherboard that has a PCIEX 2.0 standard??

Yes.
NVIDIA GPU's Has Backward Compatibility Up to PCI Express 2.0 X 16 Interface While ATi/AMD GPU's Have Backward Compatibility Upto PCI Express 1.0 X 16 Interface .

Should I upgrade the processor too?

I was thinking about upgrading to a 760 or something like that so I don't have to change it again. What you do think? I built this pc almost 5 years ago.
