Will my GPU block these slots?

I am going to be making a new gaming PC with this motherboard:

My question is; will this GPU block both of the PCI-Express x1 slots, as I am hoping to install something like this to have wifi connection, and need to know whether it will fit or not.

your gpu will not block both just one...either wireless solution is fine and equal.
