Will my GPU bottleneck by my CPU?

I am building a new pc and I have a CPU and GPU (of course), I was wondering if my GPU potential would be limited because my CPU is too slow/bad compared to the GPU.

CPU: i7-6700k
GPU: MSI gtx 1070 gaming 8gb

If I get bottleneck, how bad would it be?

The i7 6700k is one of the fastest CPU's on the planet, you will have no problems with bottlenecking.

From a gaming perspective, there really isn't, as most of the better CPU's wouldn't get fully utilized, as current games wouldn't take advantage of the extra threads. 😉 Truth be told, for just gaming, even an i5 6600k is all that is needed. Those 4 extra threads are nice to have, to handle other tasks, while you game, or for those few games that can make use of them.
