Will my GPU fit im my case?

I have a PC case lying about and i want to know if all my components will fit inside it.
case- Gigabyte GZ-X4
mobo- Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
cpu- Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
gpu- Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card
memory- Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
storage- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive.

The case is an ATX Mid form factor. It'll definitely fit most of the components, but you'll physically have to measure clearance in the case. From the Motherboard to the case panel, it will fit. Lengthwise, it depends on where your drive bays sit compared to how the motherboard is laid out with the PCI-E slots. I would think your biggest concern would be clearance of the CPU fan from other components like RAM & GPU, but the motherboard looks spaced pretty well. Again, suggest the physical measurement.
