Will my gpu underpowered?

Hi..i just build myself a new rig..
this is the spec

Proc : i5 4690
Mobo : Asus H97 Pro Gamer
Ram : HyperX 2x4GB
SSD : HyperX 120gb
HDD : WD Green ( Will Add WD Black)
PSU : CM g650m

Going to add a PowerColor TurboDuo R9 280x. I read at their official website the minimum psu is 750W. But at newegg they said the max power is 500w min. I just buy my psu so, i would not be changing it for the time being. i read that the psu is not good enough.

So is my psu enough?

Don't go with official websites they always mentioned the power supply higher than what is required the r9 280x can run smoothly on a 550 watt PSU it has a max TDP of 250 watt.

Yes wattage wise the PSU is just fine.
