Will my gpu work witm my psu?

the psu is cx500m (got it for the cheaps) and my gpu is a GTX 970, so the question is: will it work?

Yes, according to GeForce, the minimum system requirement is 500W and the power consumption of the card is around 145W

i3-530 cpu
ballistix 8gb ddr3 1.5v ram
320gb hdd of some shady brand
cant really find the name of my motherboard.
