will my gpu work?

Hey guys I got GTX 650TI 1 GB
and PSU: 430WATT
my problem is when i install GTX 650
it show black screen or NO SIGNAL
and in bios it say iGFX
if I change it to PCI-E it will work?

Yes You want PCI-E enabled. And it should work.
