Will my graphics card be too fat on my mobo?

I'm in the process of building myself a new PC, but looking at these parts, I'm afraid the graphics card is going to be too bulky on the mobo.

The mobo I was looking at is the "ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard" and the graphics card is the "EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Superclocked ACX Video Card"....

just by looking at the two parts, it seems like the graphics card is really fat, and wont sit properly on the mobo and/or will cover up slots. Am I wrong? Anyone have any opinions?

sli is for nvidia and crossfire is for amd they are same with different company giving different names...
and are u using triple monitor or 2k monitor ????if not why would u need sli or Cf .....there are many drawbacks with them..
high power consumption
more heat more noise
micro shutters
not all games support sli or CF in that case u have to manually adjust the settings..
so sli or Cf should not be the first preference unless u already have a card and still want to raise your performance .....

🙁 This is the 3rd version of a PC I've built on PC Part Picker... I've been on subreddits asking people to look over my build, and everyone always has a different opinion. Will I need sli or Crossfire? It says there's no compatibility issues with my build. Which mobo should I choose?

Ok, but you're the one who brought up that my mobo didn't support sli or crossfire. So... should I choose a different graphics card? I want something great for gaming, that will last me a while . The "EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Superclocked ACX Video Card" was the one recommended to me, but if you have another suggestion, I'd love to hear it :)
