Will my graphics card fit into my PC?

Hi, this is my first post.
I've been wanting to build a gaming PC for a while now and have found a DELL on Amazon, which I would like to buy.
Dell Optiplex Intel Core i7
I hope the above is done correctly.
Anyway, I've been wanting to fit a GTX 1060 into the case and swap the PSU.
Will it fit into the case?
And will this be good build for gaming (Better than console), do you think?

That looks like a slim tower, so a GTX 1060 would not work. The i7 in that system is so old, that it would bottleneck a GTX 1060 anyway. It is an old gen 1 chip.
