this is the computer i am buying i needed to keep it cheap
AMD CPU - Windows 7 - Athlon II - Quad-core - 4 GB RAM - 3 GHz - 1000 GB HDD - With DVD Drive - AMD GPU

"Cheap" won't cut it as a budget. That rig won't bottleneck graphics cards until around the $200 range, so spend as much as you're willing to let go.

anything more will be difficult

you should be good at 1280X720 resolution and low settings.I have played the game and trust me even at 25 fps its sliky smooth.This game is one of those rare PC optimised games due to which its the only game apart from crysis to be playable at low fps
