Will my graphics card support dual monitors

I have a HP Pavilion 500-123ea desktop with a Radeon HD 8470 graphics card. Is this card powerful enough to support dual monitors? I dont need it to play games, just to have two monitors.

The card itself can but what really matters is what connections the rear of the PC has.

Thank you so much for your speedy answer. The connections at the rear are 1 DVI and 1 HDMI. So I am planning to buy one new monitor which has dvi, hdmi and vga, so there shouldnt be a problem. I have an old monitor with VGA and plan to use a converter/adaptor with that one. Does that make sense?

And if I want to connect the pc to my tv also, would I have to disconnect the hdmi monitor and put an hdmi cable from my pc to my tv? or is there such a thing as a hdmi dual converter, which I could use in the pc hdmi slot, so that I could leave that monitor attached to the pc and also attach an hdmi cable from the pc to my tv? Would that video card support the tv as a 3rd monitor?
