Will my GTX 1060 6GB fit?

I currently have a GTX 960 in my computer, so I was wondering if a GTX 1060 6GB will fit in it's place? I'm using an ROG G20AJ asus that has 410 watts also, would I be overdoing my PSU with this 1060?

They draw the same wattage, so as long as your case is big enough to physically support the 1060 you choose to get, then you should be fine.
