Will my GTX 1070 TI pull 144hz in csgo, fortnite, etc

Hello, I have recently bought a GTX 1070ti and am wondering if it can run 144hz. I have a
MOBO: ASRock Pro4 300 series
Graphics: GTX 1070 Ti
Ram: 16gb
Cpu: i7-8700

If you have an 144hz monitor then most likely your frame rate is going to be good! 60+ frame rates are good for games and am sure steam dose an FPS counter thing where you can play games and see what your FPS is doing!

Yeah your cpu is good and gpu is good motherboard is good and the ram is 16GB!
