Am planning on getting a gtx 1080 asus stix which is really big but i have gigbyte h110m-s2v-cf motherboard and i want to be sure they work so please tell me so i can buy it tomorrow

Im using now same specs ( GTX 1080 and H110M Pro VD )

This is why switch from H110M S2V CF to H110M Pro VD

Make sure your pc enclosure is big enough to accommodate 298mm long graphics card.
