[SOLVED] Will my gtx 960 bottleneck i5 9400

Hello! I want to upgrade my pc and I thought I'd start with my cpu since my fx 8320 is pretty outdated now... I've been wondering whether the i5 9400 would be too much to handle for gtx 960. I'd go for an rtx 2060 or 2070 in less than a year probably so I don't know if it's all going to work fine until I upgrade the gpu.

I read the rule of thumb is if your CPU is running more than 75% than it is bottlenecking. I have a i7 3500k and it runs about 60-75% max playing the game Control. So far it’s the only game that runs the CPU to that level. I’m thinking I probably have a year of life in it before it’s time to upgrade the entire MOB and CPU.
