Will my hardware work together?

hi! so I have finally taken the plunge and ordered the following stuff to put together a nice gaming rig. I've spent weeks checking specs and prices. Anyone know of any possible hardware incompatibilities?

PSU: Corsair VS550 550W PSU
SSD: Crucial BX100 250GB 2.5" SSD
MOBO: MSI H97 PC Mate Intel H97 Chipset ATX Motherboard
MONITOR: LG 23MP57HQ 23" IPS LED 1920x1080 Monitor
KEYS: Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator Wired Red LED Keyboard Bundle
CPU: i5-4690K
RAM: Kingston Hyper-X Fury 1600MHz DDR3 (2 x 8GB)
GPU: EVGA GTX970 ACX 4GB nVidia GeForce

Advice appreciated, I think it'll all run smoothly right?

The H97 motherboard will not overclock the i5. The PC will work but you won't be able to overclock.

Why did you order components then ask if they're compatible?

Also the PSU is total crap.

Agree with both , CAncel both the PSU and motherboard NOW, and get a asus z97 PC mate or gigabyte z97m d3h.
For the PSU get a Seasonic s12 II 620W.
