Not really, but dont worry about bottlenecks, its a waste of time.
Both CPU and GPU will work equally, in your case.

Don't worry about a bottleneck. The CPU will process the frames it's capable of and the GPU will render those frames and send them to the monitor. If the CPU is a bit slow, the GPU may not get full use but it will still work just fine. More important to discuss is what power supply you're using for this system. Can you list the brand, model and age?
