Discussion will my i5 4460 bottleneck an 1660 ti?

I am just switching from my beloved GTX 950 STRIX card to an MSI GAMING X 1660 TI graphics card,and im curious if I will be able to use it to its full potential.My specs btw:
I5 4460
16GB Hyperx fury RAM
600W power supply
1TB HDD
MSI H97 PC MATE motherboard

Depends on game and resolution but if your gaming at 1080P for the most part it's a decent combo.
