Will my i5 4460 bottleneck my msi gtx 1070 gaming x 8gb

I only got 60hz monitor and planning to buy msi gtx 1070 next week. Will i5 4460 bottleneck gtx 1070 on 60hz monitor 1080p gaming?? Thanks.

It shouldn't do, especially at 1080p, it should be fine

GameFreak01048 is right but if you're gonna play on 1080p get GTX1060. You'll save some money and still be able to run everything on ultra/max.

Good suggestion grana92, would help the OP to save money and for 1080p as you say the 1060 will be a very well performing card, I'm actually after one myself 😀

I'm also using that gpu for rendering things so I bought it 😛 But I am also planning to buy a 144hz monitor, is it still okay to continue with 1070??

Well it still depends, if the GTX1060 can deliver 150+ fps at 1080p while running a certain game that you want to play then go for it, if not, go for the 1070
