in any case, you have an unlocked cpu, so even if it bottlenecks the sli, you can just oc the cpu

it depends on the games taht you play, online games like MMOs tend to use a lot more CPU horsepower than GPU

i have tried to overclock the cpu. but i still get the high percentage. especially in BF4 and assasins creed unity. when i reach the 100 % i get some annoying stuttering. im kinda new with the SLI setup.

The processor should be running at 99% anyway, that is the "optimal" usage (In theory). You are getting the most out of the CPU without maxing it.
That being said, bottlenecks occur when the CPU is at max, and the cards are not.
100% CPU and 40-50% GPU is a bottleneck.

When i had just a single gtx 780 it was the same thing. maybe its psu related i dont know. got a 750 w

the cards are not at 100%, they are at about 60-75 %

ACU is one suspect, that game is not easy on hardware.
I would run a benchmark such as MSI Kombustor or similar, and see how the usage is.

What is your display resolution? Low display resolution puts more load on the CPU. High display resolution places more processing load on the GPU and is preferable.

The recommended CPU for that game is a Core i7-3770.

You have a minimum spec CPU.

You can blame Ubisoft for the insane recommended system requirements. They even claim that the game is CPU bound.

full HD is anything above 540p. 1080p, 1440p, do you even know what resolution you are running at?

I haven`t checked the ACU system requirement, but is it honestly i7? That is a damn expensive game.
