You have 6 cores / 6 threads with a decent base frequency and good turbo speed. It should work just fine. Some games will do better than others but you can adjust settings for those conditions. A good quality power supply is a must for a new $500 video card.

For the games we have now, you should be alright. It will also depend on the resolution, at 1440p and up the i5 9600K seems a good cpu for now.
Also is better to wait for reviews, usually reviewers try this new GPUs with atleast a few CPUs to see what the performance numbers looks like.

the 9600K fairs well today with a 2080Ti, so, I expect it to fare well with a 3070...

(As long as delusions of live-streaming/chat/100 Chrome tabs, and rendering/editing going on simultaneously)
