Your processor is an LGA 1366 socket, 1366 pins, LGA 1150, 1150 pins. It physically wont fit.

The 1150 in LGA1150 stands for the pin count. Your CPU is LGA1366.

That alone should make the problem obvious enough: you have 216 pins that have nowhere to go not counting the different pinouts meaning many pins would be going in the wrong places if the CPU actually did fit in the socket.

That's why sockets have to be exact matches. Even +/- 1 pin is not good enough.
