Hello friends can I run Sapphire amd r7 250 1Gb gddr5 on my Intel H55TC mother board because the GPU supports pcie 3.

yes you can as long as the gpu will physically fit inside your computer case. the motherboard pcie lane supports pcie 2.0 @ x16 speeds. even though the gpu supports pcie 3.0, it is backwards compatible and it will still work fine on pcie 2.0.
