intel core i3 2370M 2.40ghz
4GB RAM
64 bit windows 8 OS
intel hd graphics 3000

Will it run GTA episodes from liberty city???

Yes it will run.in every game try this settings 1) vsync - off 2)shadow resolution - low 3)reflection res - low 4)resolution - 1024*768. And rest settings you self tweak.
