No MAC address is a physical number built into the hardware of every connected device and is unique. There are spoofing software tools available but resetting a router won't change that number.

That is a preassigned number for that device, from the manufacturer.
Your router has a MAC address, your PC LAN port has a MAC address, a WiFi adapter has a MAC address.

Why do you want to change one of them?
