Will my MacBook Pro 13" play BF3?

Hi all. My desktop is dying right now, hard drive is failing, processor isn't being cooled well enough and I can't get it to POST 3 out of 5 times I turn it on. I have no money at all to build a new computer, nor any to upgrade my current one.

I do own the latest MacBook Pro 13", however, and I was hoping to fall back on it for my gaming when my PC finally dies. I know that it runs CS:GO at a decent enough FPS, but how well will it fare with a much more demanding game such as BF3? I can't find the full spec list for it but it tells me it has a dual core i5 and the latest Intel Iris integrated graphics.

I believe you would get 40 to 50 FPS on low/medium settings, just based on some performance videos I found.
