[SOLVED] Will my mobo (b450m mortar max) support F4-3200C16D-16GVKB (RAM) at 3200 MHz

So I looked at a compatibility site it said It will support it but the SPD speed was lower does this mean ram wont be able to run at 3200MHz ?
