Will my mobo make my gpu hold back?

I picked a b350 mate msi mobo and a sapphire rx580 8gb nitro+ which needs a PCI express 3.0...im unsure if the mobo has one that is 3.0.

Please help me out and tell me if it has one or not or if it is lower and that my gpu will be held back. If it does not please tell me any budget mobo recommendations.

If all this i have the facts wrong please tell me aswell

This motherboard has Gen 3 PCI E slots. Don't worry, it will not hold any graphics card back, let alone a mid range card such as 580. Happy gaming!
