According to the site it does / will

Core i5-3570 (3.4G,L3:6M,iGPU,4C,VT-d,77W,rev.N0) ALL 0403

that CPU will work in that motherboard. However, if you're not planning on overclocking you could simply get an i5-3570 (no K) for a few bucks less with no performance difference
