Will my motherboard be good for the RAM that I am using?

I am getting 8GB of RAM (2x4GB) which my motherboard says will work. However, the board says that it supports ram clocks of: 1066MHz, 800MHz, and 1333MHz (OC)

I was wondering what the OC is because my RAM is 1333MHz and I don't know if it will work with that motherboard.

it will work fine as long as the motherboard says it supports 1333 Mhz. which it does. Make sure you are not on a 32 bit operating system though. Or you will not be able to use 8 gigabytes without a 64 bit operating system.

Thanks. Also, I've heard that in order to install a 64-bit operating system, you need a 64-bit processor. I bought the AMD FX 4130 processor (Quad-Core 4.8GHz) and was wondering if it was 64-bit
