Question Will my motherboard break when using regular PSU on server motherboard?

Hello, will my motherboard break when i will connect 20pin psu cable on 16pin server motherboard?

All i know its fujitsu mATX

Fujitsu uses 12V-only 16-pin connectors... it is a no-go!

Yeah, its a no go, you will need adapter for a normal PSU to work with it, Dell does this crap 2, makes resell a pain. Heres 1 for the Fujitsu matx boards, might be able to find 1 cheaper, but just make sure its for the Fujitsu as I believe Dells 16 pin out a slightly different, not too sure. https://www.ebay.com/itm/154406903453
