Will my motherboard support and run nvidia gt 240?

Motherboard model:0G214D
power supply:400w
I am going to buy nvidia gt 240 tommorow but the problem is will my motherboard support it or not?Recently i bought 9600gt that my motherboard does not support and the screen show "no signal" display,so now if i buy nvidia gt 240 will my motherboard support it or not?

did you set the display to PCI-e out in BIOS? if you dont do this and put a graphics card in then the BIOS will still output graphics through the mboard and you wont get a signal.
