Will my motherboard support M.2 SSDs?

My motherboard is a msi B85M-E45 and I want to add a third drive, a 500GB M.2 SSD. This drive will contain mostly games, as my current 1TB HDD sometimes run at 100% when I'm playing GTA V, which results in the map loading very poorly.

Firstly; does my motherboard support this interface? According to msi, it has these interfaces:
- PCI-E X16 [1x]
- PCI-E GEN Gen3(16)
- PCI-E X1 [2x]
- PCI [1x]
I don't have anything else than my GPU(EVGA GTX 1060 6GB) connected to any of these.

Secondly; each SSD has a different connection. One SSD is significantly slower(WD Blue 3D NAND SSD M.2 500GB) than the other one. That one has 3 groups of golden fingers, 2 small and 1 wider in the middle, while the faster SSD(WD Black NVMe SSD M.2 500GB) lacks 1 of the small groups.
Does this mean I can only use one of them, or will both/neither work for my motherboard?

If my motherboard is not compatible with M.2 at all, I will most likely go for a regular SSD for the SATA III interface. (WD Blue 3D NAND SSD 2.5" SATA III 500GB)

Will the speed difference be of use?
(560MB/s & 530MB/s vs. 3400MB/s & 2500MB/s)
As mentioned it will be storing games.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
The B85 chipset MB does not support any M.2 SSD for the boot drive, you can use the M2 with pcie adapter for the storage drive only, and yes, the M2 is faster than the SATA SSD.

If you don't change the MB, you are better to buy the SATA SSD for your boot drive.

For gaming their not going to be any difference just buy a regular SATA SSD if you wish to put games on it.
