Will my motherboard support the Samsung 960 EVO NVMe ssd?

I am planning on getting an MSI Z270-A PRO motherboard for my i5-7600k CPU and i was wondering if i will get the full speed benefits of the NVMe drive with this motherboard and if it actually supports it.
