Will my motherboard support this ram?
Specs:
Mtb: msi a320m pro vd plus
Ram: Crucial DRAM 8GB DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) CL16 DR x8 Unbuffered DIMM 288pin

It would drop in without an issue but I'd ask you to look at higher spec'd ram. Something that is DDR4-2666MHz and pick a dual channel kit or but two sticks of the same ram. Did you buy the board already?

Yes i did, i got it for 15$. I will maybw uprgrade to b350 later

If B350 chipset, then you should look at DDR4-3200MHz ram kits.

Yes but your board is (sub par in quality)crippled and I don't want you to overclock past DDR4-2666MHz.

Your current board can die if you overclock it in spite of having advertising material say that the board can go to DDR4-3200MHz. If you want to go beyond DDR4-2400MHz, it'll require you to overclock. The B350 chipset is better suited as an entry level system to overclock and most often come with better power delivery and components.

Both 2400mhz and 3000mhz are the same price. Which one should i choose then?
