Will my motherboard work for a GTX 1050 TI

I'm thinking of buying a GTX 1050 Ti to replace my old GPU for better experience , but i'm not sure if it will work on my motherboard.

Here's my specs
Motherboard - ASRock G41M-VS3
CPU - Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650
GPU - AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Ram - ADATA PC3-10700 (667 MHZ) 8x2 GB

It will work. Your memory runs at 800 MHz; you may be able to make it run at 1333 MHz (667 MHz in CPU-Z).
