Will my motherboard work with these graphics cards??

will my motherboard (PRIME A320M-K) work with ASUS GeForce GT 1030 2 GB Phoenix Graphics Card or 2x GeForce Video Card / ASUS EN7900GTX / ATI X1950 XT graphics card??

That motherboard has drivers going back to Windows 7. The ATI X1950XT has driver support up to Windows 7. These drivers MIGHT work for Windows 10, but there is no guarantee. The same goes for the Geforce 7900GTX, though this card also has drivers for Windows 8.

If you intend to run Windows 10, there is a chance those two cards will not work with native (AMD/NVidia) drivers but may work with the basic Microsoft Windows 10 VGA drivers.

The GT1030 will work regardless of what OS you opt for (Windows 7 or newer).

Use the GT 1030, less issues and overall a better GPU. Those other cards are going to cause issues most likely and just a headache. Listen to Wolf^^

You never stated which operating system you were going to use, but yes. A GT1030 would work regardless of which OS you choose.
