Will my motherboard work with this case?

I've been looking for a case to move my current system into, and I found one I really like. My system specs are my signature, and my PC is a Dell Inspiron 660 slim, with the standard Dell Vostro 270 Micro ATX board. Anyways, I want to add a bigger XFX 550 Watt PSU and an R7 265 GPU to it, but it won't fit in the current tiny box. Will my board and all the components work with this case?

If the mobo is ATX or smaller it should fit - so yes you are good to go.

The 660 slim has a standard mATX motherboard with mounting holes in the standard place. The LEPA case you linked to will fit that board.
