Hello everone, I build this PC 7 years ago

CPU : i5-4570
GPU: GTX 760
RAM: 8GM DDR3 1333
MB: Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H
PSU: 750W Cooler Master
MOnitor: 1080/60

MY gpu died and after looking around my main options is between 3060 or 1650
My questions are:

1- Will those cards work on my system or will I have compatibility issue with CPU/Motherboard?
2- Is my power supply good enough for the new card?
3- Will be able to play on a 1440/144 monitor? I mostly play MMOs (WoW/FFXIV) so most of my games are from 2015 or older
4- How much improvement will I get upgrading from 8GB 1333 RAM to 16GB 1600?

Thank you!

Solution
When you say bottleneck do you mean the CPU?
Yes the cpu will be getting pulled to max load almost instantly constanly which can give you probablems in the long run killing the controlling units in it so it may still work but slower and slower each day because it being pushed constantly. Not a bad persay bit not the best thing.

You will see a lot of difference from 8 to 16gb of ram yes both cards should be supported there will be bottlenecking your games will play amazingly on the 3060 1650 eh not so much wrong with it but not the best in the world and almost a 700 gtx launch... Not as bad as the 1030 though
