will my new pc be able to run latest games 1080p

getting an upgrade for my pc and im not sure what games ill be able to run.

i5 8600k
z370-p motherboard
GTX 950 2GB
16GB -3000MHZ RAM

CPU, RAM and motherboard are all good, but GPU is lacking. It should let you play at 1080p but at reduced graphical settings. For optimum performance you would need gtx 1060 or better card paired up with the rest of components.

1080p won't be a problem for that configuration.

With a 950, you'll have to turn down in-game settings/presets to get solid framerates, but you shouldn't have to be dropping your resolution at all.

Some newer titles, you may have to play on low/medium (or a combination of the two), but a 950 is a capable 1080p card.

just bought the cpu ram and mobo from amazon. already had the gtx 950, the gtx 950 wownt be here for much longer getting a 1060 6gb soon enough aswell but im just wondering how itll preform for the time being.

It'll perform.... fine?

It's a 950, so don't expect the world - but if your only requirement is "1080p" and graphical settings can be reduced, you'll be fine for a while.
