I build a new system. My old "Be quiet BK009 Pure Rock" still spins. So, of course, I would like to reuse it with my new Ryzen 5 9600X.
Will the cooler fit (as size) ?

___
If it doesn't physically fit on am5, can you recommend a new one?
That cooler is a bit to low so was touching the radiator of the memory under it.

The mounting pegs on the AM3/3+AM4/AM5 are the same though the screw distances though the screw hole distancing for AM4 and AM5 are identical. If your cooler states on the package that it's AM4 compatible, it'll work with your AM5 platform. If you bought your around AM3+'s era, then you should contact Be Quiet! and see if they can ship out mounting hardware for your cooler.

If your answer from Be Quiet! is fruitless, please mention where you're located, what your budget for the cooler is as well.

Yes. That's what happen.

I guess I will have to wait for my new mobo to come and see how it works.
In the worst case scenario I will buy a new cooler. 20 euro is not a fortune!

> what your budget for the cooler
The budget is as big as it must be. The previous cooler I had for my FX8350 was cheap and still good enough.
