Will my Old PC be able to upgrade to this GPU?

Hello there.. I could use some help on whether this video card will be compatible with my PC. The card I plaN to get is the ASUS AMD Radeon HD 6670 (2GB, DDR3, PCI Express 2.1, HDMI, DVI-D, VGA, AMD CrossFireX Technology, Super Alloy Power) The specs of my PC are
Motherboard : ASUS IPIBL (I think it is)
Processor Intel Core 2 Duo @2.2Ghz
RAM: 3GB
Old GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT
Current BUS Interface: PCI Express 1x16
Power Supply supplies 300W from what I know

Seemingly I need a 6pin connection from my PSU to work however I only have a 4pin.

Price Budget £40-50

Justb get nvidia 750ti, which does not need additional power and is also a much faster card.
