2*8GB ddr4
rtx2070super
seasonic x series 660W

i want to upgrade to 13600k/kf + z790 motherbord + ddr5 memory/
will my old PSU hold? can it even run the z790 motherboard
i have looked at the PSU site: https://seasonic.com/x-series#specification
and i can't get it if i can connect 2 CPU 8 pin cables or only 1?

another question, doe my noctua u12s that i got in 2016 with my pc will work with the 13600? or i'll have to get an adapter?

You'll need an adapter on the Noctua to be able to mount it on a socket 1700 motherboard. They are cheap, but Noctua will send you one for nothing in a week or so if you provide an invoice proving you've bought the motherboard.

Not sure about your PSU cable requirements, but the X series was very high quality in its time. Some might complain about it due to aging if it has been stressed constantly since you bought it.
