Actually, you cant have an Asus mobo from M.S.I., the same as you cant have a Suzuki motorcycle from B.M.W.
Intel i5's are made by Intel, not A.M.D. and the chances of your windows operating system booting to a repairable level after changing from one motherboard chipset to another are about 1 in 12.(Less, switching from intel to a.m.d. or vice versa) You will also need a new code of authority (you will have to pay microsoft again) weather the windows install is repairable or not.
Sorry about the bad news,there is no way around it without a spare windows licence when dealing with codes of authority sold with prebuilt machines.(The code is linked to the motherboard).
